!! Cathy Cowie took the Plunge! - 25th May 2006 !!
Thank you so much to those of you that have sponsored me! The least I can do is send you a couple of 'glamorous' pics!
Attached are a couple of really flattering pictures
of me just to prove I did it and I have to say I loved every minute of
it and couldn't stop smiling, even if first time around there was a
problem with the parachute and I had to come down in the plane! I was
due to be first out of the plane but one of the other instructors
noticed something wrong and therefore I had to watch everyone else go
and return to earth.
Luckily it was nothing too drastic and once we had a new parachute and
had re-fuelled I was up 11,000 feet again and more than ready to jump!
AAARRRGGHHH!!! MAGICAL!! I would do it again although I am not sure
Martins heart could take the pace!
I have managed to raise approximately £1,600 for FOLKS, with people
still handing me money here and there so I am chuffed to bits!
For those that haven't yet sent in your sponsorship money could you
please do so as soon as possible!
